Fashion Hungry Approved.

A few months ago I posted an alteration I did on Fashion Hungry and received some pretty good reviews. Take a look at the transformation. I needed to change this to an Instant summer hit good enough for a great party!

What I did:

• Cut off 2 rows of the collar
• Re clasped the color at the back
• Velvet elastic band for middle tied in a pretty bow to break up the blandness
